Bought this in the afternoon towards evening, it was very hot when I got there, the fan was pointed at the employees only wkwkwk. The place smells, maybe because next door someone is selling chicken, so the fishy smell is smelled up to the shop, and please, if you are tightening SOP or evaluating employees who are being told, don't do it in front of the cashier, it should be taken to the back so it's comfortable for both the customer and the employees. The ice teler is delicious but more like es campur, for the price it is still quite affordable with quite a lot of fillings. The service is also quite fast even though it's a bit crowded. Suggestion: please pay more attention to the neatness and cleanliness of the outlet. Especially the fruit baskets are everywhere (making space for waiting for orders even more limited), tissue and receipt paper trash scattered on the floor. Added with the smell of chicken feces and fishy smell from the chicken kiosk next door which is very, very disturbing.
