Sunday, March 22, 2026 at 17:51 WIB I ordered kwetiau soup, 1 iced teh tarik, and 1 hot teh tarik. Payment was made in advance. When ordering, we were informed that the waiting time was about 30 minutes, and we agreed. However, after waiting for 1 hour, the order had not arrived, so I approached the stall to ask. The drinks only arrived after more than 1 hour, but everything was served cold, even though we ordered one of them hot. Because we had been waiting too long and didn't want to wait any longer, we just accepted it. After that, we were still waiting for the kwetiau soup, but it never came. When we asked again, the lady guarding the stall actually asked "which one?". From there we found out that our kwetiau order had not been made at all, they didn't even realize there was such an order, even though we had already made the payment in advance. Because we were very disappointed, we decided to cancel the kwetiau order and even said the money didn't need to be returned because we were so annoyed. However, after we went quite far, the money was returned. In conclusion, we are done buying here. The name of the stall is "Amanah" (trustworthy), but the service in our opinion is far from trustworthy. Time management is very poor, orders are not controlled, and the food/drinks are not worth the very long waiting time. Just a suggestion, if you are overwhelmed with orders, it is better to close orders temporarily than to keep accepting orders but not be able to do them well. This is an honest review from a buyer, not intended to bring down or slander, just sharing experiences so that service can be improved in the future.
