RUDE STAFF!!!

Crazy, the service is terribly bad and so grumpy, and furthermore when I bought here I got spoiled milk, when complained about, the staff remained grumpy and didn't apologize or smile at all while serving... even though they still made a new one.

Bought the large chocolate milk today at 19:48. And after trying it, the taste wasn't as fresh as usual. I opened the entire plastic seal and told the staff to try it, and they still insisted that it's supposed to taste like that. Even after trying it, I wasn't offered a newly made one. Never buying again at the AEON BSD branch. The staff can't apologize and are unprofessional.

How could the milk not be spoiled, miss? Every time you opened a new milk, you tasted it using the sugar scoop which touched your mouth, then made orders using that same sugar scoop on the consumers. Omfg, the staff are also grumpy and can't accept criticism. Please fix your attitude!

It used to not have many variants, now the flavors are diverse. I still bought the usual fresh milk and fruit. This time I bought the strawberry fruit one. Large size. A glass for 20k. All the milk is added with sugar, but I didn't want it sweet so I requested no added sugar. It turned out not sweet indeed. Okay, the milk is flavorful, unfortunately on my tongue the strawberry didn't taste like the sweet and sour fruit. Just a fleeting taste. Not strongly hitting. Not satisfied drinking Susu Mbok Darmi this time.
