I came here with my niece, and she accidentally spilled her drink. What truly touched my heart was how the staff members immediately stepped in, not only to help clean up but also to kindly prepare a replacement drink free of charge and without hesitation, even though it wasn’t their responsibility. I truly appreciate the excellent service and thoughtful gesture. Thank you for going above and beyond! As for the taste, there’s no doubt, the drinks are always delicious 👌🏻❤️

Rather bad service. The female cashier was rude when taking my order. All she said was “Order? Gula? Topping?” with a sour face. She also did not repeat my order back to me. As a result, when I went to collect my order, I found that she mistakenly keyed in lychee milk tea instead of lychee black tea. Thankfully, the male barista was happy to remake my correct order. Please improve your service so you don’t waste food.

KOI AEON BSD has now changed its name to KOI Gelato, and they also sell gelato here the gelato is really good! The staff are always nice, and the place is clean and comfortable. A great spot to enjoy drinks and gelato.

Koi never disappoints! The taste is consistently good, especially their macchiato—absolutely the best. I finally got to enjoy it again on my recent trip to Aeon BSD, and it brought back so many nostalgic memories. Highly recommend for any bubble tea lover! :)
