The food was okay, but the service was disappointing compared to other Rin Sukiyaki branches I've visited. At the beginning of the meal, the type of meat I chose was already out of stock. It then took a long time to be refilled because the staff said the meat was still being sliced. By the time it arrived, my appetite was gone and I was already getting full. It defeats the whole purpose of an AYCE experience. At other branches, the staff continuously prepare and refill the meat without guests having to ask. At the Goldfinch branch, I had to keep requesting refills before they would prepare more. If I didn't ask, nothing happened. I won't be coming back.

The all you can eat experience here is really good! The meat quality and overall food were amazing, and the staff service was excellent as well very attentive and friendly throughout the meal. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommended for sukiyaki lovers 👍👍👍

Reservation is recommended even on weekdays because seats are limited. We booked through google maps, there’ll be a link that take us to Chope. Upon arrival, we were guided to our tables on the second floor and were greeted by a chef that was dedicated to cooking for us only. We ordered some appetizers while waiting for the chef to prepare our meat. But unfortunately, this so-called chef were missing for a good 20-25mins. So we could only eat the side dishes. We ordered the Regular AYCE package. Meat was lean and cooked as requested. Would come back, but hopefully we won’t be left hanging for that long again.. hehe :)

With all the social media hype, I finally decided to give Sukiyaki Rin a try. As you enter, you will find counter seatings, each one with a stove in front of you. Simple you just sit down you choose your package and the staff will cook the meat for you in front of you when you want it. You can choose between several packages which differ in meat selection, I like the dry aged meat. Each package also comes with a soup and free flow rice. I recommend getting the raw egg so that you can dip the meat into the egg Japanese style.
