Super yummy and tasty grill and hot pot restaurant to fulfill your stomach. By using number 8 (Hachi) as the restaurant name, I can tell it means big fortune as well since the number 8 writing in Mandarin is shown as well. Really meaningful wording combination in Japanese and Mandarin. The meat, seafood, chicken, vegetables, drinks and other tasty stuffs are super delicious. You can choose either cook them in grilled or hot pot way. The staffs are really professional with hospitality to serve you all the time. Just come and give it a try. Enjoy.

View on GoogleI was intrigued to try this place after seeing a full 5-star rating on Google, but honestly felt a bit underwhelmed. We ordered the premium set, but the beef quality was just average. That said, the buffet section had better cuts in my opinion. The venue itself is spacious and great for large groups. I did notice a quite strong stale smell when we first walked in, possibly from the cleaning cloths used on the tables which wasn’t washed and dried properly. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, informative, and took the time to explain the ongoing promotions.
View on GoogleI found the restaurant's atmosphere to be remarkably comfortable and convivial, rendering it an ideal choice for group events. It is perfectly suited for celebrating special occasions like birthdays or for a more casual outing with work colleagues. However, what truly elevated the experience beyond my expectations was the shabu-shabu, which was exceptionally flavourful and of a much higher calibre than I had imagined.
View on GoogleAll good overall, the food and service were nice. But the VIP room seriously needs proper ventilation. There is no exhaust system, so the smoke becomes extremely thick and the room quickly fills with it. It was quite uncomfortable and even a bit hard to breathe while inside. For a VIP room, this should really be addressed because it affects the overall dining experience.
