I recently dined at Republic Seafood Gading Serpong with my family. Overall, the food was excellent—every dish we ordered was delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. The restaurant also has a nice atmosphere with a beautiful interior that makes it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. However, the music was a bit too loud, making the restaurant feel quite noisy and making conversations difficult at times. Unfortunately, the service was the biggest disappointment. We were initially seated at the wrong table, which caused unnecessary confusion. On top of that, our food arrived much later than promised. The staff informed us that the waiting time would be around 30–35 minutes, but we ended up waiting well beyond 35 minutes before our food was served. Another issue was the presence of flies around our table during the meal. It made the dining experience feel less hygienic and affected our overall comfort while eating. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to cleanliness and pest control. The food quality and ambiance are definitely worth experiencing, but the service and hygiene standards need improvement. Better organization, more accurate communication regarding waiting times, and improved cleanliness would make the overall dining experience much more enjoyable.

Food: 3/5 [the kerang jimbaran was good, but the gurame was shockingly small] Value: 3/5 [the value for the portion is lacking] Service: 5/5 [theres 7 different unlimited sambal station] Ambience: 5/5 [very spacious] Would I Come Back? ❌

Tried the Gading Serpong branch for the first time after previously visiting their original spot in PIK. It was my first time trying Papeda, a signature Papuan dish. Papeda is a chewy, neutral-tasting sago served with sour and spicy fish soup 👍👍👍 absolutely delicious! We also ordered other dishes like fried battered shrimp, corn fritters, and two portions of stir-fried garlic morning glory (haha, everything was so good!). On weekends, you can enjoy traditional Papuan dance performances while having your meal. The restaurant is quite spacious and gets pretty crowded. The dining area is on the second floor, while the first floor is dedicated to live seafood displays and parking.

This place is quietly nice to hangout while eating delicious food. Anyway, I came here with my family and I ordered 1 portion of Papeda for 3 people, but sadly that was not enough for 3 of us because fish only 1 slide. So I think if I choose next time would be Yoguar Senayan. They provide better than here. But overall This place very nice national vibe ✨️ 👌 Thank you ya.
