Amazing izakaya and ambiance! Really love the place

The ambiance and design here are genuinely impressive, but that's where the positives end. We were seated at 6:20 PM and ordered simple, uncomplicated dishes. By 7:15, nearly an hour later, only appetizers and drinks arrived at our table. No update, no apology, no explanation, just silence from staff who seemed unaware or unbothered. A well-designed space means nothing if the kitchen can't execute basic service timing. This wasn't a busy-night exception; it's a fundamental operations turn off. So unacceptable 😌
