The place is comfortable and calm. Would make a good option to pick for Japanese meal. The staff is nice and polite, as expected for a Japanese restaurant. The food is overall good and expectedly comforting. I love the chawanmushi they served as sides. However, I'd wish for something more extraordinary. The price is quite high, but you get luxuriously large portion, so it's a win. I'd come again for a nice and quiet lunch or dinner.

We enjoyed our lunch here. I love the “Gozen” set and wifey like the Salmon “Tonyu Nabe”. Both were excellent and super delicious. Fast service

Very nice and authentic Japanese cuisine. All food that we ordered were very pleasing both in eyes and tongue. Room temperature was a little too warm and the music volume was a little too high, hence the affecting the vibes. Only 2 staff served in the busy dinner time on the weekend, making the service slow.

I used to visit this Japanese restaurant when in Omiya town and this Hampton gading serpong branch also taste almost as good as the original 😋 the different on the Halal things....

Food serving took so long, more than 45 mins. The server also has body odor. I do not think this is standard cooking, i always order this everytime i went to ootoya at any branch. Very dissappointed. I do not think this will be one of my fav restaurant.
