Boarding house specifically for women, very comfortable and clean. The environment is also safe. It's easy to find food because there are many food vendors around the boarding house area and they are cheap! Also, access to everywhere is easy, close to Alfamart too (so it's easy to buy necessities). The facilities in this boarding house are also complete, such as a public kitchen, water, wifi, and many more. The landlady is also friendly. 3rd floor is hot, tired of climbing up. Before moving in, they already asked for a DP ... okay then.. Before moving in, they asked to pay 1/2, because I planned to move in on the 14th, when I arrived there it turned out it wasn't suitable, it was cramped, the bathroom was dirty, so we canceled, but they didn't want to return the money (only the DP was returned). Regret getting a boarding house here.
