honestly disappointed... why does it taste so weird??? like a drink that has been sitting for a veeery long time, it tastes stale and weird, not good.. why did Menantea become this bad???? even though I used to really like Menantea, but why is it downgraded now and many branches are closing.

The staff is super friendly. I once tried buying, but unfortunately, the order was wrong. I ordered lychee tea (I forgot the menu name), but what came was lemon (?) the jelly was too sour for me. But I appreciate the friendly service.
