Stopped by for lunch around 1 PM and honestly didn’t expect to find such a nice **home-style Indonesian food spot** in Gading Serpong. The moment I saw their **sayur lodeh with rice**, I knew I had to try it. Ended up building my own “mini nasi campur” with **sayur pare, terong balado, ayam teriyaki, ayam panggang, and fried tofu & tempe**. Total damage? Around **Rp65K** only. For the portion, variety, and taste, I’d say this is a pretty good deal. 👍 The food gives that comforting **masakan rumahan vibe** — simple, savory, and satisfying. The star of the show for me was definitely the **sayur lodeh**. The best part? You can refill the lodeh as much as you want, which is dangerous for people like me who love “just one more spoonful” moments 😂 They have quite a lot of lauk choices, so you can come back many times and still create a different plate every visit. Some fried items are cooked fresh, so they arrive warm and crispy instead of sitting around waiting. The restaurant atmosphere is also pretty nice for a casual meal. The design is simple but clean, with options for **AC and non-AC seating**. I chose the AC room, and one small thing I really appreciated — no annoying flies flying around while eating (a small detail, but it matters!). Located in the shophouse area of **Gading Serpong**, the place is easy to access and perfect for a relaxed lunch. Not a fancy restaurant, but if you’re craving affordable Indonesian comfort food with lots of choices, this place definitely deserves a try.
View on GoogleTheir promo banner outside says 10k for all-you-can eat, but it’s just for the rice and lodeh. We ended up paying 60k+ for two. The system expects you to take the food you want onto your plate on your own, and that’s totally fine. Unfortunately, when I took a clean plate from the stack that they prepared, there was some chili leftovers still stuck on the plate. I informed and returned it to the staff and they didn’t say anything, they just took the plate away. Fast forward to the time when we were choosing what food to take, there was only one fried egg (telur barendo) left. We intended to get 2, but when I asked “is there only 1 of this left?”, the staff only said “yes” and nothing else. So we settled for some other side dishes, only to find out later after we finished eating that they had fried some more. If we knew that was the case, we would’ve probably waited for that. Taste-wise it was just okay, but cleanliness and communication should be improved. (P.S. There was an indoor area that we didn’t notice, so there are more seatings than visible from outside.)
View on GoogleFood is kinda.... okay, mostly overseasoned and kinda sweet and salty but okay. Acceptable. The display of the gluttony of some patron in the other hand is kinda.....no? Yeah thats right they have a promo all u can eat rice and sayur lodeh but,.... queueing to take your food while two lady that already get the lodeh 2 times while you queue cut you in front and take her sweet time spooning all the veggies contents in the pot leaving other customer with only the liquid is....shameful i guess😅 Also kinda flabberghasted with a guy who found out that the sambal cost 2000idr and decide to take the dear life portion of the sambal only to NOT finishing the lots of it in the end Oh and the beef is way too salty its kinda hard to eat😅
View on GooglePackage: rice + soup (lodeh / sayur asem / sop), refillable for dine in. Tea is also refillable. There is (long) queue during busy hours. Traditional home cooking food.
View on GoogleThe food is good but not extraordinary. The staffs a bit overwhealming when its starts crowded. Price a bit pricey but normal
