I love that a Singaporean-inspired dishes are available in this area. The carrot cake and the noodles taste great. Can't say the same for the rice dish that I ordered though, the quality just isn't there considering it's priced towards the high side. Overall it's a lovely spot offering good-tasting dishes. I would come back again for more.
View on GoogleI really love their noodles ❤️ I always come here with my partner & family and our favorite is Little Red Dot Fishball Noodle & Fish Dumpling Noodle with original (spicy) sauce and mie pok & mie kia. Also love their ice lemon tea, the lemon is quite sour and no added sugar. So rare to find the real ice lemon tea this day 🫰🏻 Estimate each person for food based on the menu I ordered above (55k) and drink (15k) is around 75k. The ambiance of the restaurant is also good, such as lighting, clean, cozy, and their staffs is also very kind. I personally recommend this place for eating with family & definitely would come back here ❤️
View on GoogleSecond visit, so far liking it very much. My favorite so far is grandma's signature noodle with mee pok & soup. So far have ordered: - chicken cutlet curry rice - braised chicken rice - supreme noodle - grandma's signature - white carrot cake - prawn cheong fun - signature pao fan All is delish and comforting food🥰
View on GoogleCame in when it was pretty busy, but the food still came out fast. Everything tasted great, and the staff were super friendly and attentive (shout out to Mba Fira)👌🏻 Must order : Grandma Signature Noodles with extra minced chicken!
View on GoogleI recently tried Little Red Dot at Hampton Square, and it made me curious whether the food is really worth trying or not. Since they sell similar to Singaporean cuisine, I’ll break it down honestly, one by one. Ambience & Comfort At first glance, the place looks cozy, but unfortunately, the AC wasn’t strong enough to cool the room. I sat on the left side right after entering, and it felt rather warm. This is definitely a small downside for me. Food Experience The food was a mixed review. Some dishes were tasty, some felt more like simple comfort food, while others were just not that good and didn’t feel special at all. I’ll go into detail dish by dish (see pictures). Overall Impression With an average spend of around IDR 125k per person, I’d rate the overall experience 6/10. For me, the price feels a bit too high for what you get. If the main course doesn’t taste good. In terms of similarity to Singaporean food, for me only partially. Some rice dishes with soup came close and with score 8/10 in resemblance and it's really comfort food. However, the noodles were disappointing. I ordered the spicy version, but instead, it tasted like tomato-based spaghetti with chili and I think the closest reference would be Spaghetti al Pomodoro or Arrabbiata. Conclusion Overall, the place doesn’t quite deliver the authentic Singaporean experience I was hoping for. While there are some decent comfort foods, the value for money isn’t great, and the taste of the main courses didn’t really impress me at all. The picture of menu impression At first glance, the menu looked very promising, with dishes like nasi lemak, onde-onde, and more. However, but for the noodles left a negative impression for me and If I come back, I definitely wouldn’t order the noodles again
