Today I had a fine dining experience at Klana. So the owner is from Pontianak and tio ciu nang leee.. 😂 same2 ancestor bloodline dengan saya. Throughout the dining experience, the owner shared stories about her life and her mother. My heart could barely take it, as it brought back memories of my own mother, who passed away many years ago. Life must go on, but the memories we share with the people we love never truly leave us. They remain forever, quietly living in our hearts. For the season 4 menu, I love the combination of churro, pumpkin, miso, and mustard seed. It made my tongue dancing. The star of the show is the Duck, peach, arugula, matcha, and apple. I love it. Thank you very much for tonight. I am satisfied. I have some suggestions though, can you name each of the menu? So I can easily remember it. 😂

The food here is very good..The combination of each ingredients is excellent..every flavor compliment each other very well..the chef is very friendly and passionate about her food..place is also homey and comfortable. Should really give it a try 👌🏻 Truly a hidden gem Looking forward to vol.2 !

Good food, not something you would normally find in GS area. Interesting concept, semi omakase. We had a nice time, the chef kindly introduced each and every dish. My fav was their summer salad, interesting flavor. The ocean harvest was very delicious as well. Perfect meal. The restaurant is very clean, and strong AC. We went for dinner, the vibe was excellent. Will come again some time in the future.

Lovely dining experience at Klana. Menu are exceptionally creative, the ingredient combination is what you will only find on those cooking show program. While it looks fancy, the price and the ambiance is not overwhelming and intimidating for people to casually come and enjoy with family or friend. Menu course is update regularly, do check their IG. My top 3 fav from the first bloom course goes to their smoked duck, genmaicha zuke and watermelon gochujang salad.

An intimate fine dining experience where every dish comes with a thoughtful backstory, beautifully presented and genuinely delicious. The chef is incredibly knowledgeable, the staff is warm and attentive, and they even have a photographer to capture the experience. Reservations highly recommended.
