Wanza mian dry style, hong you chao shou, add wansui, request for extra spicy and huajiao powder, add chili oil and black vinegar. This is the way to order. Instantly taking me back to good old street side chengdu noodle stall, this taste nostalgic and 100% authentic. Laoban herself is friendly and they provide free susu kacang. Silky noodles and dumplings, ground meat and peas, are all well made. My only request is to add more and more spiciness since even after requesting very spicy, thats not spicy at all. Although sichuan people eat like this, we as indonesian need even more spiciness than this
View on GoogleChongqing Noodles at Ruko Aniva Serpong provides a genuine taste of mainland Chinese cuisine. Presence of mainland Chinese clientele during my visit suggests a high degree of authenticity. The noodles made fresh, and have a firm texture. The non spicy beef noodles features a rich, deep, savory broth. The spicy version, Spicy Beef Noodles, incorporates a noticeable chili oil that adds a significant kick. For a non-broth option, the Mie Za Jiang is a straightforward dish with minced meat and assorted toppings, with spicy chili oil as the base (this is my favourite). Portion sizes are large, and the pricing still made sense for such portion. This combination offers an inexpensive, substantial meal.
View on GoogleThe real authentic taste of Chinese noodles packed with numbing Mala flavour and spices. The taste is very close to what you can find in china. Noodles texture is alittle soft, very tasty soup. All of the food price are consider affordable and the portion are very big

View on GoogleGreat find in Gading Serpong's newer area, real authentic taste of Chinese noodles packed with numbing Mala flavour and spices. Thankfully spicy level may be adjusted, plus there's plenty of chili oil on the table and black vinegar too. Must try if you're in the area.
