Very tasty plate of crispy pork meal. I ordered their signature dish and turn out great. Very savory and tasty. The pork skin is crispy but the meat is tender and juicy. You can taste that their rub is marinated to their meat very well. Great balance with their soup and vegetable too. You need to eat it with their special sambal (spicy sauce), don't forget to put their sonkit glaze as well, thats what make it unique and tasty. Pricewise its on the upper side but worth the taste though!
