Great shaved ice! Loved the chocolate one especially, great chocolate flavor alongside the brownies! The mango and coconut shaved ice were rather subtle, and the matcha one was pretty good. Place is rather small, more of a place where you eat, get done and get out instead of a hangout spot. Staff aren’t the most professionally trained but they get the job done.

This dessert was a really enjoyable treat, mainly because of the variety of textures. The shaved ice has a light, fluffy texture that melts nicely in the mouth. It isn’t overly sweet, which makes it refreshing and easy to finish without feeling too heavy. The highlight for me was the combination of the shaved ice with the mochi bomb. The mochi adds a soft, chewy bite that contrasts really well with the delicate ice. Together they create a fun mix of textures that makes every spoonful interesting. The strawberry topping adds a fresh, slightly tangy flavor that pairs well with the mild sweetness of the ice. In the bowl below, the toppings like jelly, pearls, and almond slices add even more variety—chewy, crunchy, and creamy elements all in one. Overall, it’s a well-balanced dessert with lovely textures and just the right level of sweetness. The shaved ice and mochi combination is definitely the standout. 🍓🍧

Try another shaved ice model in the Maggiore Gading Serpong area. It's quite unique in shape and packaging, and tastes good. Maybe consider new flavors and other snacks to accompany the shaved ice. Indoor and outdoor spaces are available.

A unique type of dessert. Mochi, shaved ice, sticky rice and mango syrup. Nice combination and not too sweet. I dont add the additional syrup.

1/5 ⭐️ – Misleading Reviews After seeing multiple positive reviews, I decided to try Baobao. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The shaved ice texture was completely off. Instead of being light and fluffy, it had a strange gelatinous consistency almost like a binding agent had been added. The texture was so unpleasant that my friends and I could barely eat it. As a shaved ice place, texture is the most important factor, and this was a major failure. We ended up leaving most of it untouched as on the picture. What made things worse was the hygiene. I witnessed a staff member spray water into the ice machine and then use the same visibly dirty rag previously used to wipe counters to clean the inside of the machine. That was unacceptable and very concerning. The flavor itself was average, but the texture was inedible and the hygiene practices were very off-putting. The high ratings online did not reflect our experience at all. Would not return.
