Grabfood Order Review: The order arrived in a clear plastic bag, not stapled, cable-tied, or taped. Our order arrived still warm, so it was made to order. The bakwan itself had a chewy texture and didn't taste salty. The saltiness came from the chosen topping. The toppings weren't distributed evenly either. For example, for the anchovy/shrimp bakwan, sometimes there was too much, sometimes too little. For those who don't like salty food, you can pair it with rice to counter the saltiness. The chili sauce provided was also a bit sweet and suitable for dipping the bakwan. Overall recommended to try, it's just that for delivery, the packaging security should be improved so customers can feel more confident when ordering. For take away, I think it's fine. Pro tip: add Palembang pempek vinegar, it's a perfect match. The sweetness of the vinegar balances the saltiness of the bakwan.

Deceived by the picture ..ordered on Grab, the picture looked tempting .. when it arrived the bakwan was burnt and small, not tasty at all, my mom's cooking is way better " so disappointed, I swear ... 😡😡😡😡😡

Not tasty.. ordered shopeefood shrimp bakwan.. what arrived had no shrimp.. this is just plain bakwan.. and the bakwan itself has no taste.. really pathetic.. don't buy here..
