The noodles are definitely delicious. It’s no wonder they’ve become a favorite for many. They offer both thin and wide noodles, though they don't have the bakmi karet (chewy/firm) variety. The flavor is very savory—leaning towards the salty side—but in my opinion, the broth is what truly stands out. Price-wise, it’s a bit on the high side, starting at IDR 39k for a basic bowl of chicken noodles. For the "complete" pork noodles, the price goes all the way up to IDR 90k per portion! The service is good, the place is clean, and the new shophouse location is fully air-conditioned.
View on GoogleI recently visited Bakmi Lung Kee at Hampton Square and had a fairly decent experience overall. The doneness of the noodles was just right — cooked properly with a good texture, not overcooked or mushy. From a technical standpoint, they handled the noodle preparation well. The restaurant’s cleanliness was also satisfactory. The dining area looked well maintained, and the tables were kept tidy. Another positive point was the service. There were plenty of staff members on duty, and they were attentive and quick to respond. The food came out without a long wait, which I appreciated. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The portion size felt rather small considering the price point. For what you pay, you might expect a bit more quantity. In addition, the taste was somewhat bland. It lacked depth and seasoning, making the overall flavor profile feel a bit underwhelming. The vegetables portion was also quite minimal, which made the dish feel less balanced. Overall, it is an okay place with good service and proper noodle texture, but there is room for improvement in flavor and portion value.
View on GoogleRich, porky aroma in every bite of the noodles. Well paired with crispy, savory siobak, comfort food at its best.
View on GoogleThe restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, and the mixed noodles taste pretty good. Prices are on the higher side, though. We ordered noodles with mixed meat (with chicken and pork) along with fried meatballs, and the total came to 54,000 Worth to try
View on GoogleNothing special, just like any other reguler noodle, the only taste is salt, the soup taste blend. And watery.
