The main highlight at 3 6 9 Shanghai Cuisine is definitely their Crab Roe Noodles—it’s an absolute star dish! The set comes served with a variety of delicious side dishes, including jellyfish, wood ear mushrooms, and pickled mustard greens (suan cai). The crab roe soup base is packed with rich crab roe and tender crab meat, carrying an incredible aroma that instantly whets your appetite. The noodles are cooked perfectly straight and smooth, making them super easy and satisfying to slurp down. Pair it with their delicious Xiao Long Bao bundled together, and it’s a complete TOP-tier meal! Highly recommended. The service is friendly, willing to explain about the menu, the waitress easy to be called, the serving time is acceptable. The place, its brand new, with minimalistic chinese theme, the place very clean, its air conditioned, dan with warm lighting. I will definitely coming back to the premises for other menu.
