Amazing dry pho , one of a kind The creamy; nutty flavor with subtle chilli spice add to the perfect combo, paired with thicc pho soup that soften the whole experience. 9.5/10 overall taste 8/10 place , quite simple and limited 9/10 service was fast, under 5 minutes Worth coming back! And might worth a trip for those who are noodle-head too!

Its a good quick and tasty meal. The Pho has two types, the wet one original has choice of slice beef or 18hrs cooked beef (I prefer this one) and the dry Pho one, which I also like. It has a great flavor and like the combination with dry chili and cilantro. Overall a good experience.

The location is great, right in The Barn area where people come to eat. The place itself is small, but decent enough. I went during a non-busy hour, so getting a table was easy. The service was fine, but what surprised me the most was how fast the food came out. Here’s my take: 1) If you're hungry and want something quick, this is the place. But I was there when it was only about 60% full, so that might have played a role in the fast service. 2) The pho didn’t quite taste like the usual pho. I get that they might be adjusting the flavor for Indonesian palates, but it still felt a bit off. It’s edible, but if you’re craving authentic pho, this might not be the place. That said, the portion was good, and there was plenty of meat. Some reviews mentioned the beef being tough, but they must have improved it because mine was perfectly tender. 3) The banh mi was surprisingly decent. It was actually the smallest banh mi I’ve ever had, but since it was my second dish after pho, the portion felt just right. The spread wasn’t really authentic, but it worked well for local taste, it was light and tasty. However, please change the serving plate, it didn’t look great, really. 4) Tea is refillable and tastes okay. 5) One downside is the lack of additional seasonings. Usually, Vietnamese restaurants have chili, garlic, and various sauces on the table, but here, there was only a bowl of chili soaked in vinegar. 6) The staff weren’t very friendly. 7) It gets quite crowded, so it’s not ideal if you like to hang out and chat after eating. 8) Price-wise .. ok lah, well it felt quite expensive. I spent 154k just for myself, with one portion of banh mi, pho, and iced tea. Overall, it’s worth a try, especially if you're in the area and looking for a quick meal. While I might not rush back, it’s still a decent spot with fast service.

Had lunch and tried the signature 18-hours beef pho and the spicy dry beef pho with customizable spice level. Both were flavorful and comforting. Serving time was pretty quick and the place isn’t very spacious. Overall it was a decent experience and I’d rate it 8 out of 10.

Very disappointing, idk what’s the fuss is. The Pho broth isnt that deep in taste, they have a very limited choice of sauce, and the meat that they used is… low quality. You know the kind of meat that you expect at Pochajjang? Yes, just like that. The cakwe itself isnt served hot + very hard to chew, like it stayed overnight. The smoky chicken isnt remarkable at all. For this price, you definitely could get something better elsewhere. It can get noisy as well when the staff are talking. Verdict? Not worth your time (even if you’re just curious to explore).
