Mie Chongqing asli, warisan cita rasa kota pegunungan. Mi kenyal, minyak pedas wangi, kuah kaya. Satu mangkuk, pedas gurih, bikin kangen. 地道重庆小面,传承山城老味道。面条劲道,红油香辣,汤底浓郁。一碗下肚,麻辣鲜香,回味无穷。

Like having a piece of China right here in Indonesia. Noodle texture was just right, beef brisket chunks were soft and flavorful. Broth was perfect. Dumplings were satisfying, simple comfort food. Will definitely go back. Have been hunting for good beef noodle soup all over Jaksel/Tangsel, but usually have to go all the way up to Chinatown. This place is small but clean.

Delicious Eats at Mie Chongqing Panda Kitchen! It’s like a small corner noodle shop tucked in little bourke. The tables, the decor and the menu felt chinatown. Peeked behind the counter, every surface was food grade stainless. So we sat and ordered.. My absolute winner, Mie Sapi Kuah Bening. Smooth, chewy noodles served in a light, savory, and comforting broth, topped with tender slices of beef. Kid friendly!! Mie Babi Sayur Asam, cm cobain sesuap.. the soup delivers a signature tangy, rich, and savory flavor from pickled greens, pairing seamlessly with minced pork and springy noodles. Shui Jiao Goreng Babi, crispy soft on the outside with a juicy, savory pork filling extra delicious when dipped in chili oil. Salad Timun Sichuan, crunchy palate cleanser tossed in a zesty, spicy, and savory dressing. Picture this, right after a bite of the sichuan cucumber salad, masih berasa asem2 pedes di mulut, you lift a steaming spoonful of the Clear Broth Beef Noodles. The warm, rich broth instantly washes over your palate, delivering a comforting, deeply savory reset that makes the clean beef flavors taste twice as rich before you dive back in for another bite. Mie kritingnya a delicate curly fold with a springy, bouncy chew that gives every bite a satisfying texture. The clean, very mild flavor profile letting the noodles soak up the warm, clear broth without competing with its rich depth. Add some chili oil into that soothing clear broth, and the entire bowl undergoes an instant, dramatic transformation shifting the flavor profile to a fiery, aromatic packed with smoky heat and rich roasted pepper notes. The glossy chili seeds and flakes coat every wave of the curly, chewy noodles, delivering a sharp, lip-tingling punch that cuts right through the rich slices of beef. For chili oil lovers, you simply can't go wrong.. it gives you the best of both worlds, allowing you to enjoy a comforting classic first and then instantly elevate it into a bold, crave-worthy Sichuan feast with just a single stir. Only thing that will elevate the whole noodle experience… a stormy rainy night and a can of ice cold bintang (which they have!). A highly recommended spot for anyone craving authentic and flavorful Chongqing-style noodles!
