Had a late lunch at Laita Kopitiam and honestly it was a very pleasant experience. The restaurant has a nice and cozy design with a modern kopitiam atmosphere. They serve Malaysian-style dishes and drinks, which made the place quite interesting. We ordered the butter milk chicken, nasi lemak, and a set of Kopi O with srikaya roti. Overall, the food was nicely presented and tasted good. The butter milk chicken was flavorful, while the nasi lemak was tasty, although it didn’t quite taste like authentic Malaysian nasi lemak — especially the sambal/chili, which felt different from the usual Malaysian style. Still, it was enjoyable. The highlight for me was definitely the Kopi O. It tasted smooth, rich, and very satisfying. The srikaya roti was decent, but I think it could still be improved. The bread was a bit too thick, not crunchy enough, and lacked that nice charcoal toast aroma. Even so, it was still tasty and acceptable. Service-wise, the staff were friendly, attentive, and fast. They also seemed knowledgeable about the menu and were able to recommend food and drinks confidently. Overall, this is easily one of the better kopitiam spots around BSD and Gading Serpong. Definitely a place I would consider coming back to and recommending to others.

The place is cozy and clean. The menu is well thought out, and I’ve come multiple times to try different items, always impressed and satisfied with what I ordered. Drinks? Nailed it. Appetizers? Great across the board. Main courses? Well-prepared, well-cooked, and consistently tasty. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Some of the menu items are customizable to your preferences. They also offer a selection of bakeries and cakes. A nice spot to dine with family or for a casual meet-up with friends.

We go here often after we pick our kids from their school. We love the food, and especially their brownies fudgy (always runs out in the afternoon 😢). Good coffee as well .. The place is clean and well managed. Highly recommended ….
