good packaging - love the chiffon but the butter and messes wasn’t good. if only they use high quality chocolate sprinkles 🥲

Have been going here for a while and their chiffon cakes are alwasy delicious. Really recommended to get here and the price is affordable.

I used to (really) love this quaint bakeshop. Even recommended them to my friends and families. Unfortunately, their blatant unprofessionalism was their achiless heel. Ordered their flagship tiramisu, Oct 21, paid in full, for my wife’s birthday. I was a little perplexed when they didn’t give me any receipts or even note my order down. Tried to ask about it, but they brushed it off as “just mention your name when you pick it up at D-day”. Came D-day. Already bought candles and made lunch appointments when to my surprise they forgot my wife’s birthday cake order. What has really done it for me was the fact that: 1. They didn’t acknowledge it and instead panickly scrambled to make phone calls. 2. No apologies nor any restorative actions to make up for ruining my wife’s and family’s very special day. In the end, I asked for a full refund which they obliged — but the damage’s been done. Such a shame, they had one of the better non-alcoholic tiramisu in the area.

Place is cute, cake is okay. What throws me off was the atmosphere. Maybe bcs the two of us were the only people at the time, but that is no excuse for the staff to constantly video calling their family on obnoxious loudspeaker. Also song choice could have been better to suit the overall vibe. Not to just please the staff's preferences.
