First time here. The service was decent and the space is lovely—lots of natural light makes for a great atmosphere. However, my table was still dirty from the previous customer when I sat down. I ordered the Beef N Cheddar Melt; while I enjoyed the cheese, the meat texture wasn't what I expected. It was very soft and lacked a distinct beef flavor.

The taste is not as good as I remembered it in the past, the ham burger doesn't have ham but beef slice instead. The dining area so small and only 1 cook available, that's why waiting for the order is so long. They have 2 outdoor side to dine too but it's dusty and don't have any fan to fight the heat. How come a newly opened place already neglect the cleaning part when they're not even that busy. The women staff only take order and then wait for the 1 cook to finish, so while waiting they should be able to clean, especially when it's self clean concept place too so at least the staff can wipe the table when customers already putting their plate in the cleaning tray

Homy space, kids friendly, nice food and beverage also kind employee

Very nice western options for a fast food restaurant, all of the menu is tasty - especially the specialty roast beef sandwich line. Sausage also good. Doesn’t provide free paper bag.

+1

Used to come to Raffel's 10-ish years ago. Tastes the same as it was (delish for me, ordered their signature burger), good price to value, service was quick, tables were clean.
