As someone from Pontianak, I give this 5/5. Spoke the Malay language with the owner 🤣 . As for the choipan, it's next door, not from this food stall. Overall the kwetiaw is made of rice flour, not the rubbery chewy kind 💀

Seafood Fried Kwetiau scores 7/10. Halal version. You can request the spicy level and dry or wet stir-fry. Chicken Ponti Soup Satay is delicious, scores 8/10, served with peanut sauce and clear broth. The price is quite cheap.
