Haochi offers variety of medanese style food. The have pork with special medanese sauce taste good. Portion is normal. Price is ok. Price for veggies and rice starts from 22.000 Can be hectic during lunch hours.

Came here around 12 p.m. and the place was crowded but as the place was spacious (got their second floor as well) we didn't hard to get a table. The menu was various and felt like a homemade cooking. For this time I tried their authentic Samcan Bakar which was smokey and good, a lil bit hard to eat but I still love the taste. Along with the Samcan Bakar, I also tried their Capcay, Pare and Telor Orak Arik and it was all good for me. My mother ordered the Cukiok and she said it was good as well. The price was all the same at IDR 55k per portion for the dishes I ordered with my mom and sis. Overall the food was good, not the most favorite but still can be choice for next lunch.

I was looking for a restaurant that does home-cooked meals and i came across Haochi Khas Medan being reviewed by a TikTok food blogger and decided to give it a try. The place is very clean and well ventilated. It was great to see that the tables were nicely cleaned and organised; the layout of the restaurant was very homey. I was shocked by the wide variety of dishes, and we tried the Meats + 3 Vegetable dish deal which consisted of: - Salty Grilled Pork - Green Beans - Spicy Eggplant - Scrambled Eggs & Stirfry Vegetables The food tasted nice, just like how you would expect a home-cooked meal. Service was great because the owners were involved in operating the restaurant. I personally rate this place 8.5 / 10. A good place if you're busy and not having time to cook a homey meal.

I love grabbing breakfast here after my workout or padel session! They offer a wide variety of dishes, from traditional Medanese-style prasmanan to noodles, kwetiaw, and delicious desserts. Their prasmanan is always paired with mouth-watering sambal, and you can also order their amazing rendang sauce to go with any dish. The service is super fast and friendly! 🤩 I hope they consider adding Bihun Bebek to their menu soon 🦆. Highly recommended! 👍
