Hakata Ikkousha is a ramen store that will always have a sentimental value to me. It's the first Japan ramen brand that I've tried, and it was very impressive. Throughout the years, I can't help but to feel disappointed, as I know they could've been more. I was one of the regulars back when they were in the store closer to SMS, but I still follow them here to eastvara. This could be my third time here, but what I can tell you is this: my impressions got worse over time. I'm no FnB expert but I do know how their competitor (my current fave ramen franchise) could've done in the same time frame - I'm not sure if this scrutiny is caused by the inefficiency in the kitchen or their 'ambitious' addition to their menu. I hope this store could learn a thing or two from their Sency branch, I'd hate if this closest store to my home would permanently close down.

I have tried many ramens both in Indo and abroad and Hakata Ikkousha is simply the best I have ever tried in Indonesia thus far. Really recommend the Silver pork ramen compared to the standard pork ramen. Gets pretty packed during meal time though

Visited Hakata Ikkousha Eastvara for the first time and had a mixed experience. The side dishes and drinks came out quickly, but the waiting time for the main dish was really long. I had to check twice, and both times I was told it was still being prepared. While waiting, I also noticed other customers complaining about the waiting list system, some people who arrived later were seated first, which was quite confusing. Food-wise, I’d give it a 7/10, still enjoyable. But the service was disappointing, around 2/10. Also, signal reception in the back seating area was very poor, which made the waiting feel even longer. Hope they can improve the service flow and customer management.

Food: 6.5/10 We had a mitigated point of view on the food. For some soso, other above average. So 6.5 seems to be a good average. Very basic ramen, i think many are better taste around, for the same kind of price. Service: 10/10 Very nice service. People are smiling and it's fast served. atmosphere: 6/10 Nothing fancy or original. Temperature good, not too cold or too hot. Prices are in the average prices for ramen. I won't get back as there are better ramen places around.
