I bought my Indonesia mug for my personal collection. The cashier was soo nice. She heard my voice cracking due to my sore throat and even offer warm water for me🥹 will come again next time!

The Americano was perfect especially with the Indonesian beans. The almond with vanilla ice cream was spectacular. The beef with cheese is great snack . Staff is very welcoming. Overall warm and cozy atmosphere with delicious food

I have always believed Indonesia is world-renowned for two things: its politeness and its coffee. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning that reputation. First of all, I noticed all the baristas were wearing black aprons — which I understand to mean they have passed a certain standard of service and coffee-making skills. Naturally, I expected at least a proper basic latte. I clearly stated that I wanted to dine in, yet my coffee was served in a paper cup. When I asked for it to be transferred into a mug, I saw large bubbles on top — something I might understand from a small coffee stall, but not from an international brand of your scale. Moreover, this branch is located before the departure gates, where many foreign visitors are likely to stop for coffee. You are essentially representing Starbucks Indonesia to travellers from around the world. With that in mind, this level of quality and service is disappointing. Starbucks Indonesia can — and should — do better.
