If you're flying through Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and craving authentic Indonesian food, Putu Made is well worth a visit. They serve premium Balinese cuisine that tastes far beyond what you'd normally expect from an airport restaurant. Their cocktails and desserts are also excellent, making it a great place to enjoy a proper meal before your flight. We tried the Balinese Nasi Campur, the Empal rice dish, and the deep-fried tofu with sambal matah. The staff also treated us to a complimentary glass of Es Kuwut, a refreshing Balinese drink made with coconut, melon, lime, and basil seeds—perfect for Indonesia's tropical weather. The standout dish was the Balinese Nasi Campur. It came with beautifully marinated clams and prawns that were full of flavor, along with sambal matah, a traditional Balinese raw relish made from finely sliced shallots, lemongrass, chilies, lime, and aromatic coconut oil. It adds a wonderfully fresh, fragrant kick to every bite. The meal also included perkedel jagung, crispy Indonesian corn fritters with a soft, sweet interior that paired perfectly with the rice and seafood. The sate lilit was one of the best I've had. Unlike regular satay, sate lilit is made by mixing finely minced meat or seafood with grated coconut, herbs, and Balinese spices before wrapping it around a lemongrass stalk or bamboo skewer and grilling it. It was incredibly juicy, aromatic, and packed with flavor. The Empal rice dish was decent, but compared to the other dishes it didn't stand out. It was enjoyable enough, but not something I'd specifically come back for. On the other hand, the deep-fried tofu with sambal matah is a must-order. The tofu was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside while remaining silky soft on the inside. The fresh sambal matah complemented it beautifully, although it does pack a spicy punch, so take it easy if you're not used to chili heat. Overall, Putu Made exceeded my expectations for an airport restaurant. The food was authentic, beautifully prepared, and full of genuine Balinese flavors. Combined with excellent cocktails, delicious desserts, and warm hospitality, it's an easy recommendation. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I pass through Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

Decided to give it a try because the menu looked really good and it certainly didn't disappoint. I can't remember the dish names but everything was delicious. The sambal wasn't too spicy and the saltiness was just enough. The drink was refreshing and not too sweet. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are at this airport and you want to have something nice and looks good.

Stopped by Putu Made at Terminal 3 and ordered nasi campur Bali (bebek), cumi sambal sereh, jagung bakar keju, and es campur. The nasi campur Bali was satisfying, with a good variety of sides and well-seasoned duck. The cumi sambal sereh stood out, flavorful with a nice lemongrass aroma. Jagung bakar keju was a fun addition, slightly sweet and savory, while the es campur was refreshing, especially in the airport setting. Portion size is decent and filling. Prices are on the higher side, but expected for an airport location. Service was fairly quick and convenient if you’re waiting for a flight. Overall, a solid option for Indonesian food in Terminal 3.

Another option of dining place at Soekarno Hatta Airport Terminal 3 before going into immigration gate. The main dishes are Balinese and Lombok foods. I went there many times, but this visit I ordered other dish. The dishes are delicious with good service and spacious place. But the price is on the high side.

Good place to ear indonesian authentic food. I enjoyed eating here, whenever i can. It is better to dine here rather than after the immigration. It was clean, the price was fair and the window, you can look inside the terminal.
