The service is fast—crucial when you have a boarding time to catch—and the staff are well-versed in getting your food out while it's literally still cooking. The Beef Pepper Rice is a classic for a reason. Served on their signature patented hot plate, Watching the thinly sliced, tender beef sear right in front of you while you mix it into the sweet corn, margarine, and freshly ground black pepper is half the fun. What makes it great for travel is that you control the flavor. You can douse it in their famous honey brown sauce or the garlic soy sauce depending on your mood. The result is a perfect comforting bowl of garlic-butter goodness with those coveted, crispy burnt rice bits at the bottom.

Quick, hot, and satisfying airport meal. The sizzling beef was tasty and well-seasoned, with decent portions. Service was fast and efficient, ideal when travelling. Prices are higher as expected for an airport, but overall a reliable and filling option before a flight.

Very crowded, price is ok but I don't get the moto "sizzle it your way" since the plate is extremely hot and everything get overcooked. Also impossible to eat for like 30min because it is so hot. It was fairly crowded so I had to wait for 30min to get the food, but that wasn't a problem.

Full flavour with tender meat. Fast & prompt serving by staff. Jolly well systematically trained. Happy fancy in the restaurant.

This is one of the recommended restaurants to stop by in the airport. Even though it can be slightly pricy, but it is well worth the price. Ordered the pepper rice that comes with the beef. Even though the beef could be added more, but overall the dish was well executed, making it worth the price. Even with their simple dish, consisting of rice and beef with some condiments on top that all comes in a hot plate, it was all well executed. The rice has a nice crunch if you let it sit in the hot plate cooking, and the sauces are packed with flavours. The beef also has decent quality for the price. Although you do have to wait for quite a while for the food to arrive. The staff are friendly, and the place is neat and tidy. Definitely recommend this as an option in the airport.
