Marugame Seimen is a highly reliable dining option located conveniently within the airport. I consistently make it a habit to stop by this restaurant as my final meal before departing on my flights. Over the years, the quality of the food has remained impressively consistent. They serve delicious udon noodles that taste just as authentic as the meals you would find in Japan. The texture of the noodles and the flavor of the broth maintain a high standard, providing a familiar and comforting taste. Additionally, the customer service here is excellent. The staff members are always polite, attentive, and efficient, which ensures a smooth and pleasant ordering process even in a busy transit environment. It is an ideal spot for travelers seeking a quick, high-quality, and authentic Japanese meal before their departure. I highly recommend stopping by if you appreciate traditional udon and reliable service while at the airport.

I rarely leave negative reviews because Marugame has always been one of my comfort places. I’m a regular customer and have always had good experiences, which is why this incident was especially disappointing. Today, after arriving from an international flight, my friend and I decided to eat at Marugame. I ordered a Gyudon and a Beef Yaki Udon. The Gyudon was served first, and I was told that the Beef Yaki Udon would just follow at the counter, which I completely understood since that sometimes happens. However, when my second dish arrived, I was surprised because it wasn’t my order—it was Beef Yakiniku Don instead of the noodle dish I had ordered. I politely informed the staff that it wasn’t what I ordered. They replaced it, which I appreciated, but I was hoping for at least a simple apology for the mistake. I didn’t want to make a big issue out of it, but I couldn’t just accept the wrong dish because I don’t eat raw vegetables. The more disappointing part happened during payment. When the cashier, Elvi, was processing our order, I informed her that both meals were for PWD discount. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my physical PWD ID with me because I had just returned from an international trip and had intentionally left it at home to avoid losing it while traveling. I tried my best to explain the situation and presented a photo of my valid ID instead. She then called her supervisor, Benj, who explained that they could not honor the discount without the physical ID. I listened respectfully and understood that they were following company policy, but I also explained my side. As someone who works in the hospitality industry at a five-star hotel, I understand the importance of following policies while also exercising reasonable customer service, especially for persons with disabilities. I even assured them that I would bring my physical ID on my next visit. After that discussion, Elvi gave me the bill. I asked if both meals had already received the discount, and she said no because she had already finalized the transaction in the POS system. I was confused because I had clearly informed her about the two PWD meals before she completed the transaction. When I asked why it couldn’t be applied, she simply said it was already too late. Only after I questioned it did she offer to void and process the bill again. By then, there was already a long line behind us, and I honestly felt uncomfortable. It made me feel as though asking for something I am legally entitled to was an inconvenience. I wasn’t asking for special treatment—only for fair treatment and proper consideration. What made this experience even more confusing is that before leaving for my international trip, I also dined at another Marugame branch. They acknowledged my PWD ID photo, accommodated me professionally, and I even left them a positive survey because of how well they treated us. This experience today was completely different. If there were concerns about the authenticity of my ID, I believe there were better ways to handle the situation respectfully. My PWD ID is legitimate and can be verified with the Pasay City government if necessary. We are certainly not trying to commit fraud. I truly considered reporting this incident to the PWD Office because I felt invalidated and embarrassed. However, I genuinely love Marugame and have always enjoyed dining here, so I’m choosing instead to share this feedback in the hope that management will review the CCTV footage and evaluate how this situation was handled. I sincerely hope this serves as an opportunity for improvement. Persons with disabilities are granted these privileges by law, and while company policies are important, empathy, professionalism, and respectful communication should always accompany their implementation. I hope no other customer has to leave feeling the way I did today.

If you’re looking for a consistent, high-quality meal without the long wait during your travel, this is the spot. The open-kitchen concept is great-you can see the noodles being freshly made and pulled. The broth is always piping hot and well-seasoned. The self-service tempura station is a really good. Adding fresh ginger, spring onions, and a bit of tempura batter flakes (tenkasu) elevates the simple dashi broth to something much more complex. It’s consistent, affordable, and authentic." Team here is really professional and friendly. Serves you with smiles. Location - here comes the worst part. Terminal 3 AC has leakage in their drainage pipes. The dirty waters comes directly to your food and mix with your drinks. Even the team knows the fact, they still dare to offer you the table. I enjoyed my food while standing ...my kids left the food because the AC water got mixed with the food. Unfortunate to see such ignorance from a food chain like marugame udon

Had a meal at Marugame Udon 🍜✨ and it was a great experience! We ordered skewers, udon, and a rice menu, and everything tasted really good. All the food was freshly made, crispy, and my kids loved it too 👧👦💖. As expected for airport dining, it’s a bit expensive 💸✈️ — but the quality and freshness made it worth it. Overall, a nice spot for a quick, tasty meal before your flight! 🍢🍜👍

Quick and decent meals before go through immigration. Price lil bit higher than outside. But still acceptable. Like fast food chain, speed and decent quality is golden standard
