The food and service are great but sadly the place needs more work. It used to have a good view but not anymore since the development around the water nearby started.

A humble, traditional seaside shop that serves plenty of seafood. It's the nearest - or rather, the only - restaurant we could find when we visited King Palace's crematorium. Place was right by the sea where locals breed fish and shrimps. The ones who run it seem to be a family, and were very friendly to new guests. Took the liberty to order many items, which took them a very long time to completely serve (drinks came fairly quickly - we waited for about 40 minutes before any food shows up): stir-fried shrimps, fried squids, fried chicken, water spinach, huge blocks of fried tofu and an omelette. We had free servings of sambal as well. Everything actually tasted very good! It's everything you could've asked for from a seafood shop: fresh seafood, seasoned nicely, in big portions, and with various sambal dippings. Taste was not too far from a central Jakarta's higher-end seafood restaurants while being way cheaper in price. If this place had been closer to where I live, I'd figured we'd dine here more often 👍 Just a note to come here unsuspecting it'd be grand - it's very traditional with wooden roofings and holes here and there. Expect strong winds, stray cats hanging around your table begging for food, flies and whatnot. Loved it for the food. Very underrated, undeservingly off the grid. Would easily recommend it to anyone looking to fill themselves up after a hard day, especially after a crematorium visit 🫡

Nostalgia dri tahun 2000an awal. Secara makanan masih enak dan segar banget. Sayangnya untuk lokasi sudah tidak sebagus dan sealami dulu. Harga juga sekarang cenderung agak lebih mahal sedikit. Tapi Overall sangat puas, tapi akses jalannya per Maret 2026 belum rapih.

Rumah makan ini menjadi lebih ramai dua tahun terakhir sejak 2021 karena adanya proyek tanggul pantai di Kamal Muara - Dadap. Lokasi nya terletak di pantai yang menghadap Laut yang saat ini telah ada Jembatan PIK2, dekat Muara sungai Dadap. Bila air laut naik pasang tinggi, lantai rumah makan ini terendam sedikit, tidak masalah karena beberapa jam lagi air surut, dan itu sudah biasa. Banyak yang makan disini dari pengunjung Rumah Abu Krematorium Jabar Agung, juga pekerja proyek, atau rombongan yang adakan rapat berkaitan dengan pembangunan tanggul pantai. Rasa masakan harian lumayan enak, dan lebih enak lagi bila makan ramai-ramai ikan bakar atau seafood lainnya. Akses agak sulit dan lalu lintas jalan raya menuju kesini sering macet penuh dengan truk timbunan tanah, truk kontainer, dan truk besar lainnya. Belum lagi jalan kecil menuju rumah makannya.
