Front desk at blue sky premier lounge gate 18, was very slow. It caused a long queue. It turned out, she write down every card numbers even the card has been verified by EDC with PIN. Given there is policy from Indonesian Central Bank that merchants are not allowed to capture the card number and validity period but not sure why she needs to do it. Either her own initiative or blue sky mgmnt policy. Other lounge likes sapphire, Concordia don't do it. Food was far from expectation. Ended up ordered the instant noodle. It is not worth paying that much while the best menu is instant noodle. The chair is not comfort.

Everytime using Terminal 3, I must come to Blue Sky Lounge Gate 18 even compared to Saphire at gate 12 The menu varies greatly and the place is very convenient One of the key personnel at Live cooking , Mr Endang Firtana do the superb hospitality. He is very helpful and his cook is marvellous I am so delighful with his help esp for breakfast Keep it up

A place to have a short break while waiting for your flight departing from T3 Soekarno Hatta Jakarta. Great pleace, great food, friendly service!

Service is super good!! All the staff are friendly and attentive, and I really love their Indomie stall and Jamu—thanks Mas & Pak Didi for the delicious Indomie! The lounge is quite nice and not too noisy. It’s also pleasantly cool, not too hot. The beverages and desserts are good, with more choices than the main dishes. Room for improvement: It would be great to have more choices of food. Accept certain local bank card. Over all: Recommended!!!

Great value to visit this lounge whenever I pass through. Especially love the one between gate 17&18 because it seems more private. Served well today by Pak Sugino of the live cooking station. Thanks for the hospitality
