The service at Bakmi GM is usually excellent at almost every branch, but at this particular branch, it feels lacking. The staff is too few for sunday around 2pm time, so many dishes are ready but remain stalled and not delivered to customers. Waiting for dishes like Nasi Tim and Siomay takes approximately 30 minutes. Due to the crowd, one staff member even asked customers if they ordered certain dishes by directly questioning them and requesting to see their receipt. This could have been avoided if the staff had checked the receipts at the cashier or kitchen counter instead. The taste is still good, just like other branches, but the Nasi Tim was too dry, with rice grains that were too small. Previously, the grains were larger. The place is also too small for a Bakmi GM branch, making the seating uncomfortable.

We came on Sunday evening, where we need to wait and be listed. Unfortunately, we need to wait for almost 45 mins to be seated, that’s also when I started to seat inside the resto. The food cake 40 mins after we order!!!!! And we ordered Bakmi GM bakso! Unbelievable. The table cleanliness is also HORRIBLE. I won’t eat here anymore

One of the best Bakmi GM outlets at PIK2 area. It has warm ambience and very comfortable to hang out with family and friends here.

Oh wow, ordered via one of the waitresses, asked her which one can be made the quickest and obviously it's the Bakmi. So we ordered that. She confirmed that we order TWO of it. Only to be asked again in 30 minutes what to order. YOU MEAN TO TELL ME SHE DIDN'T TAKE MY ORDER?? What a joke. And not one of them even acknowledged who's at fault. Will never, EVER revisit this place
