I had an amazing experience at Logs and Pebbles! The food was absolutely delicious, and every drink was fresh and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was cozy, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. What made the experience even more memorable was the outstanding service, especially from Nabil. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. His warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, excellent drinks, and exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Food: Ordered Matcha Latte, Moccacino, Latte, and Ice Americano. The espresso based has no body. The americano taste like water and almost no flavor. The cheese cake is very good tho'. Service: The waiter and waitress were kind and patient. They tell and reminded the house rules of the cafe. Atmosphere: They have non-smoking and smoking area. In-door, other than non-smoking, they also have smoking room only for e-cigarettes. You can only stay for 2 hours max.

I recently visited Logs and Pebbles, and it quickly became one of my favorite cafés to relax and unwind. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and cozy atmosphere. The interior design perfectly blends rustic wooden elements with modern décor, creating a calm and inviting environment that feels both stylish and comfortable. Whether you want to work quietly, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy some alone time, this café offers the perfect setting. The food and drinks were equally impressive. I ordered a cup of their signature coffee along with a pastry, and both exceeded my expectations. The coffee was rich, smooth, and clearly made with high-quality beans, while the pastry was fresh and delicious. What stood out most was the attention to detail in presentation and flavor. Every item felt thoughtfully prepared rather than rushed. Another highlight of Logs and Pebbles is the customer service. The staff members were friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overwhelming. They made sure customers felt comfortable and were happy to answer questions or provide recommendations from the menu. Their positive attitude added greatly to the overall experience. The café also has a peaceful ambiance with soft music and comfortable seating, making it an ideal place to spend a few hours. It’s rare to find a café that gets everything right — atmosphere, food, drinks, and service — but Logs and Pebbles manages to do exactly that. I would highly recommend Logs and Pebbles to anyone looking for a cozy café with excellent coffee, delicious food, and a relaxing vibe. I’m definitely looking forward to visiting again soon.

Had such a great experience celebrating my birthday here! Everything we ordered was delicious. The Surf & Turf was really good, and the mushroom soup was sooo good! Definitely one of the highlights. We booked the VIP room, which can be used for up to 3 hours. Such a good deal, especially for a family celebration. Everyone in my family was happy and had a great time. The service was also excellent, all the staff were super friendly, warm, and attentive. The overall vibe was really nice too, with that stylish, cozy Jaksel kind of atmosphere. Definitely a great place for birthdays or special occasions. Would happily come back! ✨

We visited the restaurant on 25 December (Christmas Day) and understand that it was a very busy occasion. We would first like to express our appreciation to your team, especially the gentleman wearing a batik shirt, who kindly assisted us in finding a seat despite the restaurant being quite full. That said, I would like to share some feedback from our visit, which I hope can be received in a constructive spirit. We arrived around sunset, and while the dim lighting created a warm and romantic atmosphere, it was unfortunately a bit too dark for us. The lighting did not fully illuminate the table or the plate, which made it difficult to clearly see the food during our meal. I ordered the seafood marinara pasta. Personally, I found the sauce to be slightly too sour, with a dominant tomato flavor and lacking balance from other seasonings. The seafood also appeared to be frozen, and one piece of shellfish was not fully coated with the sauce. This may seem like a minor detail, but due to the low lighting, I was unable to notice it clearly at first. Additionally, When it was finally our turn to move inside, the staff member kindly approached us, but walked ahead without noticing that the door was quite heavy. My friend experienced some discomfort while opening it, as the door closed immediately after he entered. He did return afterward, but I felt this moment could have been handled with a bit more attention. I truly appreciate the efforts of your team, especially during such a busy and special day, and I share this feedback with the hope that it may help enhance the dining experience for future guests.
