For those who are looking for a place to stay temporarily while working at the Gading Serpong area this 5-floor building is very recommended by its strategic location. The price is quite affordable. The room is comfy but not very spacious (with inside bathroom/toilet). They did not have a lift, but they have stairs. And they have a canteen in the parking area.

A location that offers one of if not the cheapest rooms around Gading Serpong. While I wasn't expecting much of anything, I got a room that is spacious, with an AC and a working wifi. The wifi is good enough albeit a bit slow. The motel/guest-house is of short distances from the nearby campuses, food district and many other commodities. The service is quite nice, but I doubt the place could manage a foreigner. This is due to the fact that the receptionist and security are doubled down together and the place that receives you is basically the parking spot.

Boarding house with strategic location and quite good rooms and good service. Suitable for migrant workers.

Best affordable kost. Full AC, private bathroom, clean and tidy, also very secure.. never had any inconvenience staying more than 1 year
