The location covers quite a large area including Dasana, Legok main street, Summarecon Serpong, and Paramount. The other stores are at Supermal Karawaci and Alam Sutera. The food tastes good here, but the waiting time for the food to be served or ready took a while. This is probably because the store mainly gets their orders from online and take-away orders, a lot of them.

Food was good, beef yakiniku and egg chicken roll were solid, though the rice was more “pera” (dry/firm) than usual. Service needs improvement. One staff was working alone while others were in the back playing games. Took several minutes to be served even though the place was empty, and the staff were talking loudly. Not the best experience.

They serve delivery and take away only. But this place has a flatter interior and design than other HokBen kitchens.
