Stopped by for a solo dinner because I was craving ramen and noticed this place was right next to my office. I was so hungry that I completely forgot to take photos of the side dishes (only the ramen and the cocktails made it into my camera roll 😆) The ramen was really good, the side dishes were tasty, and the two sake cocktails I ordered were excellent. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The service deserves special mention. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. I also received complimentary snacks, which were a nice surprise and tasted great. Overall, I felt I received great value for what I paid. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend this place to anyone looking for good Japanese food and a pleasant dining experience.

A great place to unwind over drinks with friends and simply enjoy the evening. The service was excellent, every staff member was attentive, friendly, and made us feel well taken care of throughout the meal. We were also served complimentary snacks, which were both delicious and something a little different from the usual offerings. The sake selection was enjoyable, the sashimi was fresh and generously portioned for the price, and the signature rolls were creative and very tasty. Overall, I thought the food offered good value for money. My only downside is that smoking is allowed indoors, even though the restaurant is air-conditioned. The smoke can be quite noticeable and may affect your dining experience if you’re sensitive to it. Other than that, it’s a solid choice for good Japanese food, drinks, and a relaxed night out.

The food was absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful dinner, and everything was incredibly fresh especially the sashimi! I also loved the ambiance. From the outside, the place looks small, but once you step inside, you'll be surprised by how spacious it is. We'd love to come back and visit again in the future.

The place is very nice, the food is good, and the atmosphere is comfortable. However, we were a bit disappointed with the service from one of the waitresses, especially the cashier. When we politely asked how to redeem Arka Points, her response felt unfriendly and lacked a welcoming attitude. It made us feel uncomfortable, even though we have been Arka members for a long time and were simply asking for clarification. We hope that in the future, the staff can provide a warmer and more professional attitude toward customers.

The Only Authentic Izakaya that I have found in BSD area.. Nowhere else has come close.. The Yakitori are my favorite,fair priced and delicious, wide range of Japanese cuisine that are not available in any other store.. Those who have tasted real Japanese cuisine and misses it greatly would agree that this place is perfect.. I have been coming here for years now and I'm still enjoying every bite 😁😁😁😁
