I'd say it's the best babi guling in all of Bali, but I can't possible know that, can I? What I do know is that after fifteen years away from Bali I had been looking forward to having this dish again, and it was everything I'd hoped for. Juicy, flavorful, good crackling, nice sides, great price. Recommended by our driver and I have to agree with him.

Simple and authentic babi guling. The meat is tasty even though with not so much spice. Also, the price is affordable.
