Food is excelent. service is good. great atmosphere for a warung. I ordered nasi pisah with esteh tawar for 50k idr. The babi guling is very juicy and tender with very strong flavor. Theres huge parking lot across the warung.

Stopped by Babi Guling Slingsing “Bu Suci” around 3 PM and overall it was a solid experience. The rice was served hot, soft, and perfectly cooked, which already sets a good base. The pork was flavorful and tender, and the signature yellow seasoning that clings to both the rice and meat was the highlight, rich, aromatic, and very satisfying. You can tell the spices are prepared with care and consistency. That said, the biggest letdown was that there was no rambak and the crispy skin was already sold out even though it was still mid-afternoon. For a babi guling spot, the skin is a major part of the experience, so missing it really lowers the overall impact. If you go, come earlier to make sure you get the full set. I’d happily return for the flavor, but the shop really needs better availability of the skin and rambak later in the day.

Good Nasi Campur Babi (Guling). Overall 8/10 taste wise, only thing is its quite the trek to get here. IDR40K per plate, washed down with some sweet iced Teh Botol, can’t get any better than this.

Babi Guling Campur tastes delicious. The pig blood sausage is good. The roasted pig skin is crunchy but not the meat, which is a lack of marinated flavour/bland. The meat needs to dip with some sambal. The place is very popular with locals. The place is a bit unhygienic, but if you can overlook them, then enjoy your meal. Bon Appetite 😋
