Unfortunately, we had a very upsetting experience at this restaurant. Yesterday, my husband and I had dinner here. We both ordered the same seafood pasta and two non-alcoholic cocktails. After the dinner, we both became very sick, and today we are still feeling terrible with serious stomach problems. We are extremely disappointed because this dinner was very expensive for the two of us, and for that price we expected a completely different level of food quality and safety. We also left a generous tip because at the time we thought we had received good service. It is very upsetting to spend so much money on a dinner, leave a good tip, and then spend the next day feeling sick because of what we ate. This completely ruined our impression of the restaurant and our evening at Nuanu. We sincerely hope the management takes this seriously and checks the quality and freshness of the seafood, as well as the food preparation and storage conditions. We would not want another guest to have the same experience.
View on GoogleWe recently tried the "Feed me" menu at Restaurant 369. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, with refined flavors, beautiful presentation, and dishes that clearly showcase the chef's creativity and attention to detail. However, the menu description is somewhat misleading. At IDR 695,000 per person, one naturally expects each guest to receive the dishes listed on the menu. In reality, several courses are served to share between two people. This becomes particularly problematic with the Wagyu beef course: since only one piece is served for two guests, it is impossible to have different cooking preferences if you and your dining partner do not agree on the same doneness. The pacing of the meal was also surprisingly fast. Dishes arrived one after another with very little time between courses, creating the feeling of being rushed rather than enjoying a relaxed dining experience. The service was attentive by Indonesian standards, and the staff were friendly throughout the evening. That said, there were a few awkward moments, with plates and items being cleared from the table before we had completely finished. Despite these points, the food itself was excellent and the overall quality of the cuisine remains high. My main criticism concerns the value proposition: once taxes and service charges are added (almost 24% on top of the menu price, excluding drinks), it feels unreasonable that 3 of the 7 courses have to be shared with your dining companion and 2 are "One-bites". (cf picture). - The music was so loud that it often felt more like dining in a nightclub than in a restaurant serving refined cuisine. - Outdoor restaurant but smoking not allowed
View on GoogleGreat experience to have my dinner! Beautiful view, tasty food, and friendly atmosphere. This has to be one of the best locations to enjoy your food on Bali. Although it is quite pricey, the quality is definitely worth it.
View on GoogleHad an amazing experience at Restaurant 369 at Luna Beach Club. The atmosphere, service and food were all incredible. The roasted barramundi was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The chicken was also amazing, tender and seasoned perfectly. Such a great spot to relax, enjoy good food and take in the beautiful surroundings. Definitely one of the highlights of our Bali trip.
View on GoogleI had a falafel wrap, which was quite okay. The food is good, but a bit overpriced compared with the quality. The vibe is great though and I like the interior
