A suitable glamping to relax for a while with a cool atmosphere, a nice view in front of the restaurant, but unfortunately the room is ordinary with poor amenities, the heater is very minimal and does not work well as the weather is very cold, there is no TV, the front lights went out and then the lights went out completely in our room. Unfortunately we got a less good room. Breakfast is ordinary, nothing special

It was our first glamping experience and we didn't liked it much. Over the day with some sun inside the glamping was already as in oven, and at night by lower temperature it was cold, a heater was needed (provided by request). We were not satisfied with a service. The room was not clean, the equipment in room need a big improvement. The only bright point of service were those two very young ladies in restaurant always motivated and ready for suggestions and explanations about the food. And the less bright point of the service was the whatsapp communication person (front desk person) with her request of daily payment of the restaurant bill. Dear lady, are you afraid that the guests will run away without paying the bills by check-out? If the guest sign the bill in restaurant, that means he/she agreed with the bill and will pay it by check-out. Don't worry, we won't run away!!! This kind of personal should need a bit schooling about interaction with the guests. Also the bills should be separate and collected to be paid by check-out, and not by every new bill added all together on one single bill. Such a thing makes confusions. My opinion is that here is needed to be improved everything except the food and drink quality. PS: the Glamping area is nice and well maintained.

This Glamping is exceed my expectations. I had absolutely fantastic stay! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and surrounded by plants & flowers. It was calming. The view of Beratan lake from the restaurant was incredibly beautiful. Breakfast was oke, they offered quite of view options of Indonesian and English breakfast. Overall, a very pleasant experience

If you’re looking for a place to escape the crowd in Denpasar without going too far, Svargan Lakeside Glamping in Tabanan is a hidden gem. It’s basically glamping + good food + lake and mountain views all in one. Whole place feels peaceful and green. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Bonfire night available 😊

We booked online, arrived the next day. Checked in, went out for the afternoon. My wife got a call from reception, saying they had given our room to somebody else. They had moved our bags and belongings, which included passports, money and computer to a different room. We were not asked, given a reason or apologised to. This in my opinion is totally unacceptable. The new room , predictably , was smaller, infested with ants and full of mosquitoes at night. They were nearly empty, I have no idea why they felt the need to do this. I would advise anyone to give this place a miss, there are plenty similar that might have some respect for people and their property.
