It’s an excellent opportunity to refuel with something truly regional. The restaurant hospitality truly shines. As noted, the hospitality is so wonderful. The staff are friendly, attentive, and contribute significantly to the overall positive experience, making you feel well-cared-for and comfortable.

Nice place, not bad local food. Reasonable price. But when I was there were no coffe from mashine, only balines coffe. And service was long. We wait around 30-40 minutes. But for me its the best place in the Botanical Garden for have a lunch with local food.

By far the worst food we’ve had on our 3 week trip. I ordered braised chicken with potatoes and vegetables and I received two cold pieces of potato, no veggies, and 4 small balls of meat which tasted like a cheap version of bologna and were also cold. Also ordered fries which were okay but they have no ketchup. They were out of most food and drinks on the menu. None of us could eat our food without grimacing. Left hungry. Bathroom was also super gross with a sink full of brown water so we couldn’t wash our hands. I let the owner know about the bathroom and that my food said it came with vegetables but it didn’t and her reaction was okay here’s what you owe. They also add 15% for tax and tip whether you like it or not. Wish we went anywhere but here. We’ve had some great food options in all other locations.

Found a true hidden gem at Begonia Restaurant in Bedugul Botanical Garden! The food was absolutely divine - from the perfectly seasoned main courses to the exquisite desserts, every dish was a masterpiece. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, and dining among the lush botanical gardens with mountain views made the experience truly magical. The authentic atmosphere, combined with elegant plating and exceptional taste, created an unforgettable dining experience.
