We had an absolutely incredible stay with Ami and Titha and their wonderful family. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality that we immediately felt at home. They were incredibly thoughtful throughout our stay, even treating us to fresh aloe vera and a freshly picked coconut, which made our experience even more special. The property itself is a true little paradise: beautifully maintained, surrounded by nature, peaceful, and offering breathtaking views. The location is also ideal—quiet and relaxing, yet conveniently close to the harbor, as well as several shops, laundries, and local warungs. It was the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. A heartfelt thank you again to Ami, Titha, and their family for welcoming us into their haven of peace and making our stay so memorable. Stayed here with my wife and kids. We really enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and well maintained. The staff pays attention to the small details. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth. Location was also great, close to everything, but still quiet. Would definitely come back.

I can only say great things about this place, I had an amazing stay! The location is perfect just 5 minutes from the harbor, super convenient, and a great central base to explore the whole island. I absolutely loved the cottages and the surroundings: The beautiful tropical garden and stunning valley views plus amazing sunsets. Delicious breakfast at a great price totally worth it! The cottage itself was unique and beautifully decorated, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. The team was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, with transportation and reccommendation we felt truly cared for. We love all the hidden gems we found! Definitely visit gamat bay and Tembeling beach! Overall, an unforgettable island getaway with friends and amazing value for money. I’d 100% come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nusa Penida!

I highly recommend staying at the Mungkul Cottages. Titha and her family have such a unique story and are so caring to guests! We needed two cabins, but since the listing is in sets of 3, we had a third one left open. The views are nice! Titha helped arrange a driver for each day. Just pay for the pickup from the boat dock. From there, we did the next day — Day 1 - Kelingking Beach for sunset Day 2 - Tembeling Beach and Forest, Angel's Billabong, Broken Beach, Crystal Bay They are super caring and friendly! Stay here!

We stayed here for 3 nights, it was an amazing experiences. I love the cabins, very spacious, clean, comfortable bed and has a amazing view from my room. The view from the balcony is 10/10 We are on top of hills, surrounded by green/nature and amazing sunset view on top of valley and hills. Location is perfect! Just 5 minutes to the main harbor and easy ride to many restaurants, tourists destination and to all what you need. Service is great! You also should try their breakfast! I highly recommend this place for all travelers! Thank you for good place.
