The Yellow Bridge is much more than just a connection between Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan. It is one of the most recognizable landmarks of the Nusa Islands and a must see for many visitors. The bright yellow bridge can be crossed on foot or by scooter and offers beautiful views of the water and surrounding coastline. At the same time, crossing it is an experience in itself. If you enjoy a bit of adventure, you will love it. However, if narrow bridges or heights make you uncomfortable, be prepared for a little adrenaline. When scooters are passing in both directions, the bridge can feel quite narrow in some sections. This combination of practicality, atmosphere, and a touch of adventure is exactly what makes the Yellow Bridge so special to us. It does not just connect two islands, it connects two different sides of life on the Nusa Islands. Even if only for a few minutes, it is worth stopping here to take photos, enjoy the view, or simply watch the daily activity between the two islands. Our conclusion: The Yellow Bridge is not a destination you would travel to on its own, but if you are visiting Nusa Lembongan or Nusa Ceningan, crossing it is an experience you should not miss. The feeling of traveling between two islands makes this short journey surprisingly memorable. 🌉🏝️
View on GoogleThe Yellow Bridge is one of the most recognisable landmarks in the Nusa Islands and an important connection between Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan. Its bright yellow structure stands out beautifully against the turquoise water and surrounding island scenery, making it a popular place for photographs. However, the bridge is much more than a tourist attraction. It is an essential part of everyday island life, allowing local residents and visitors to travel easily between the two islands. We crossed the bridge by scooter, which was an experience in itself. The bridge is narrow and shared by scooters and pedestrians, so riders should travel slowly, remain aware of others and allow plenty of space. Crossing from Nusa Lembongan to Nusa Ceningan opened up another part of the islands to explore, with beaches, viewpoints, cafés and coastal scenery all within easy reach. The area around the bridge can become busy, particularly when boats arrive and visitors stop for photographs. Take your time, be respectful of local traffic and avoid blocking the crossing. A colourful landmark, practical island connection and memorable part of exploring Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan. Disclosure: We visited independently and have no affiliation with this attraction. Our review reflects our personal experience. Greg&Trina.
View on GoogleNice place to bike to if you stay at Nusa Lemboghan. If you go during the low tide you’ll see beautiful sea farmland and farmers. Very aesthetic
View on GoogleThe bridge connects two small islands and has become one of the icons of Nusa Lembongan. At first glance, there’s nothing overly special about it — it’s simply a bridge. But sometimes, simple things can still be beautiful. When you stop for a while around the area, especially underneath the bridge, you’ll notice how incredibly clean and clear the water is. The view is peaceful and calming, making it a really nice spot to slow down, take a short break, and chat with friends. There’s also a great sunset spot nearby. As the sky changes color and reflects on the water, the whole area feels even more magical. Definitely worth stopping by, not just to cross it, but to actually enjoy the moment. 🌅🌊
View on GoogleYellow Bridge is the main connector between Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan, and it’s always alive with movement 😃 Motorbikes going back and forth, people crossing, local rhythms unfolding all day long. Busy, yes, but beautiful nonetheless. There’s something about the vibe here that I really love. The contrast between the constant activity and the surrounding sea makes the place feel energetic without being overwhelming. It’s one of those spots where you can pause for a moment and just observe island life happening in real time. A special thanks to Pak Wayan for driving me here and making the visit easy and enjoyable. Sometimes a place feels even better when you’re shown around by someone who knows it well ❤️
