Very disappointing experience. I had already booked the villa, but when I arrived for check-in, the property was extremely dark, with very little lighting and no staff in sight. The whole place felt abandoned and quite creepy, making me question whether it was even operating. As a guest arriving at night, I did not feel comfortable or safe. I ended up leaving very disappointed. The management seriously needs to improve the lighting, maintenance, and check-in assistance for guests. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Our stay at Warisan was below average. The room lacked basic amenities — there was no kettle, the bed sheets felt powdery, and I was only given one hanger. Dust was everywhere and room was not properly cleaned, and the basin would get stocked with water whenever you let it run while brushing your teeth. During my stay, there was no working water heater. Only on the last day, after one of my friends asked the Makcik about it, we found out that there was actually a water heater but it had been broken all along. They managed to fix it on the last day, but by then we had already spent several nights taking cold showers.

We had the best time on Nusa Lembongan and in the Warisan Villa! The whole family was so nice and helpful and the rooms were really clean! We loved staying here, the beautiful garden and the nice pool and also the breakfast every morning. Also the beds were really comfy and big! You can rent a scooter here and also go on a private snorkel trip, which was really special at the mangrove point!!! Thank you so much we had the best time and was great to get to know you! If we had more time we would have stayed even longer :)

I stayed 5 nights at Warisan. It was my first stay on my solo trip and I felt very safe. Putu and the other guys from the restaurant are friendly and always there for a good chat. The location was perfect for me, the accommodation is very private but you still here what is happening in the streets. I like that while being on my own, I never felt alone. The room is spacious and clean. Swimming pool is nice. I really enjoyed Nusa Lembongan, beautiful island!

We enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were a good size and the garden and pool area are lovely. The location is good, just a ten minute walk to the beach. Lots of local warungs nearby too. The owner was extremely keen to have us book onto his snorkelling trip and rent his mopeds, which we did after much pestering. Most if not all of our conversations were him attempting to get more money from us. I would recommend hiring the mopeds because its great value and a great way to see the island. I stopped eating the complementary breakfast after the first morning because I was really unsure of the owners cleanliness and he was handling the food with his bare hands. ||If you are staying here and plan on going snorkelling, please be warned that Crystal Bay and Manta Point can be very dangerous with difficult sea conditions. We found this out to our detriment, and had quite a scary time in Manta point. Do your research first and only go to places you feel comfortable swimming in.
