This hotel was simply the best. Great service, amazing amenities, and rooms. We rented a scooter, did our laundry, used the pool every night and also had an amazing time in the pool. The location is also ideal, 10 mins away from everything. I would absolutely recommend.

Very nice resort! Beautiful outdoor bathroom, nice pool. Very very friendly people! My friend at the reception was also our taxi during our stay! We enjoyed our stay enormously and when we go back to Nusa Lembongam, we definitely go back to Sunset Coin!

The room is not looks like as the pictures. The room is so dusty. So many dust, even the floor. The sink is very dirty. I cannot sleep here. I keep coughing at night. They give us the very far room and no one is there. I say why don’t you give us the room with someone next to us. They say that they already set us that room. Even the bedroom sheets is not clean and have a menstruation blood at the sheet. The fridge is not working and already rusted and smells bad. Please teach mr kadek the front office. If there’s a complaint, dont make an excuses and stupid reason. He told me to not use the tap to wash my mouth as it is not clean. I told him to clean it and he still teaches me to use water bottle to wash my mouth. Very rude

Amazing on all aspects - the thatched roof rooms are very clean and have a rustic look. Rooms are elevated which helps with keeping insects out, and the open bathroom meant that the ventilation was good. Service was excellent, complimentary drink on arrival and smooth experience with check in/out and scooter rental. There's a mini mart on-site which was very useful and it's a super short journey to devil's tear. The pool was also very clean and taken care of, with generous sunbeds that didn't get overly busy. Fantastic stay and would easily recommend.

Exceeded expectations. Amazing and welcoming - felt like part of the family. So clean, great quality, fab location next to sandy bay although not good for swimming. Pool was super. Rented scooters for two days which were in great condition. Breakfast served to your door and flexible on timings. Really enjoyed our time and will recommend to others for sure if they’re looking for a relaxing, quiet stay!
