Rooms are very basic great location. Easiest check in and lovely staff. Rooms are not serviced. Great if you just want a place to sleep. The rooms are very basic 🛏️. They lack servicing, which is a major drawback. If you only need a place to sleep 😴, it might suffice, but don't expect much else. The check-in process was easy, and the staff was okay. The location, however, is fantastic! 📍
View on GoogleFantastic value for money. We had two superior rooms right next to the pool. They were clean and had comfortable beds, a jug, tea, coffee and creamer sachets and a small fridge. Great restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance and the most beautiful beach. The fast ferry leaves from the beach which made it so much easier to get to. Two swimming pools - with the larger one being clean and the smaller one being an infinity pool next to the bar. The coolest place to watch the sun set. Most days we had the pool to ourselves. While it’s not the Ritz it was great for the price, and for anyone on a budget. The restaurant was basic but the food delicious. The staff were lovely with a special shout out to the Manager Eka who arranged scooters and a snorkeling trip for us - plus kindly loaned us his GoPro so we could take amazing underwater shots. We’ll definitely be back.
View on GoogleExquisite sea view on Mushroom bay, perfect for incredible sunset! 2 swimming pool, drinks and food available all day. Too bad that bungalow and room are not better maintained and cleaned...
View on GoogleThis hotel has the most amazing views of Mushroom Beach, but it is a 2 star hotel. There are a fair amount of bugs inside the rooms as they are not fully sealed off from outside, and while mosquito nets are provided they don't perfectly enclose the bed and it's not foolproof. The bathroom was particularly outdated - dead bugs in the sink when I arrived, a handheld shower that can't be propped up anywhere without spraying the room since there is no shower curtain, no shampoo or amenities beyond soap provided, a fairly cheap but functional toilet. There is AC in the bedroom which never got to the displayed temperature, but was still able to cool off the room enough to sleep well. No safe for your belongings if you care about that. Staff was very helpful and flexible on my booking dates when I decided to leave early, which I really appreciated. I also enjoyed my drink at the hotel bar which is very relaxed with amazing oceanfront views. There is a small infinity pool overlooking the beach, as well as a second pool amongst the huts. These bungalows are not on a public road, so expect to walk a bit up to the huts - the main entrance is up a paved pathway by Mushroom Espresso, not the back gate by the beach Google Maps directs you to which is just a footpath through the scrub. I personally would not stay here again as someone used to staying in hotels, but if you are someone who's used to camping or staying in more outdoorsy/rustic cabins then it might be a great deal pricewise.
View on GoogleLoved this place. Excellent location. The cocktail staff provided great music and service for drinks and meals. There is a fabulous infinity pool right next to the cocktail bar. Excellent views of Mount Agung from the dining area and Mushroom Beach. We booked a local and his 'spider boat' for an 8am start for a 3 hour snorkel experience which was fantastic, especially the Manta Point float in the current.
