I got a Chili Scramble and Coffee Latte for late lunchtime. It was great, the price and portion were okay. As an Indonesian tourist, I don’t feel being treated differently, the staff were super nice and communicative. No hidden fees and upselling. Location is perfect and i think I can recommend The General to my relatives ✨

We came here twice during our stay. Both times we had flat whites and the pistachio cinnamon bun. The pistachio cinnamon bun was AMAZING, it’s a must try honestly 🧁. The flat white was great the first time I had it, but the second time, I had it iced and it could have done with another shot, so get it hot! Staff are super friendly and hard working. You can see them making all their pastries and bread fresh! Amazing and highly recommended! 😁

Absolutely Right outstanding breakfast experience! The food was incredibly delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every detail was prepared with great care and attention. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was elegant, relaxing, and the service was truly first-class. One of the best breakfast experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back!

One of the few new places on the island that I’m actually happy about. Highly recommend. Unfortunately over the last year, Lembongan has EXPLODED with so many new cafes and restaurants… slowly turning into another Bali.. most of the places are aesthetically nice but are over priced and quality is subpar. The General how ever is a GREAT exception to that. Coffee is great. They can do a proper cappuccino, latte etc… sweets are nice (best cookies I’ve had in a long time) and though we didn’t have breakfast the plates looked good. Solid WiFi and great place to work with your laptop as well. 50mbps speeds so great for any type of work.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. I’ve been coming here for years without an issue. Staff are always friendly, coffee is always good, tuna melt spot on. Tried the bacon and egg roll this morning and also great. Daughter loves the strawberry matcha. Will always return here 🙏 The prices are high? You’re on a small island people so of course prices are going to be a little higher. I think people just like to whinge, Just remember you’re in paradise and not at work so enjoy it as others never get an opportunity to travel to beautiful places 🙌
